Most merchants are on a traditional three tier pricing model, but Interchange Club pricing passes transactions through at the same tiers set by Visa and MasterCard. Since the logo for the MBBA association is a steaming cup of coffee, and coffee certainly symbolizes hospitality in Minnesota, the MBBA board committed to research coffee companies and choose one as an endorsed provider.

The MBBA highly recommends European Roasterie for several reasons. In addition, a portion of their coffee is fair trade organic, and all of it is superior quality.
