The MBBA Beginner and Refresher Innkeeper Workshop is designed for those who dream of owning an inn, or for new owners already realizing the dream.
Scheduled twice per year (preceeding the annual conference in April, and in the fall), experienced innkeepers from the Minnesota Bed and Breakfast Association will discuss topics including zoning, licensing, innkeeping responsibilities, marketing, legalities, insurance, bank issues, websites and great breakfasts.
Seminar participants will have the opportunity to enjoy one of the wonderful local B & Bs; inns will be offering special rates for workshop attendees.
In April, there is the opportunity to attend the MBBA conference and vendor show.
Cost of the all-day workshop is $250, with a reduced fee of $150 for the second person from the same inn (materials shared). The fee includes a comprehensive notebook, break refreshments and lunch.

Policies and Procedures:
Of deposits, gift certificates, cancellations, credit cards, two-night stays, smoking, children and more.
Plus a question and answer session:
Any questions? Experienced innkeepers from MBBA will be on hand the last part of the session to help answer questions.
